At your first appointment, please check in at the front desk. We recommend providing your email address to our Intake staff at the time of booking your appointment, which will allow you to create a Patient Portal account and complete your paperwork in advance. If you are unable to complete forms via the Patient Portal, you may complete new client paperwork in person when you check in for your appointment. All clients must complete their paperwork prior to being seen by a clinician.

Your therapist will greet you in the waiting room and escort you to a private therapy room. They will review at that time information regarding the policies and procedures of THAWT and will orient you to the therapeutic process in general.
